Grilled Tuna Kebab

This fun recipe is made of Tuna fillets, vegetables and pineapple cut in cubes and carefully placed in skewers for a fun and enjoyable Tuna Kebabs.

Ingredients:

  • 350g Citra Mina Tuna Fillet, cut 1/2” thick dice

Marinade:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. iodized salt
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 6 pcs. Wooden skewers
  • 1 pc. Green bell pepper, big dice
  • 1 pc. Red bell pepper, big dice
  • 1 white onion, quartered

Procedure:

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients with Citra Mina Tuna Fillet. Rub well.
  2. Allow tuna fillet to marinate for 1 hour, chilled.
  3. Arrange skewers by placing tuna fillet and vegetables alternately.
  4. Heat grill. Place kebabs in heated grill, allow to cook 1 minute each side, baste with remaining marinade.
  5. Season each kebab with Cajun seasoning on the last turn.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice or pita bread.
