
This fun recipe is made of Tuna fillets, vegetables and pineapple cut in cubes and carefully placed in skewers for a fun and enjoyable Tuna Kebabs.
Ingredients:
- 350g Citra Mina Tuna Fillet, cut 1/2” thick dice
Marinade:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. iodized salt
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- 6 pcs. Wooden skewers
- 1 pc. Green bell pepper, big dice
- 1 pc. Red bell pepper, big dice
- 1 white onion, quartered
Procedure:
- Combine all marinade ingredients with Citra Mina Tuna Fillet. Rub well.
- Allow tuna fillet to marinate for 1 hour, chilled.
- Arrange skewers by placing tuna fillet and vegetables alternately.
- Heat grill. Place kebabs in heated grill, allow to cook 1 minute each side, baste with remaining marinade.
- Season each kebab with Cajun seasoning on the last turn.
- Serve hot with steamed rice or pita bread.
